In order to properly submit your loads
to the USLoadSource database, you may submit loads individually
by clicking on the "Manage Loads" link on your Broker
page, then select "Post Single Load." USLoadsource.com
also allows you to submit loads in spreadsheet form as a .csv
(comma-separated) file. The file requirements and directions
are as follows:
File Requirements for Spreadsheet
Files:
The first row of your spreadsheet must have specific names.
If the first row of your spreadsheet has different column
names, they will need to be changed prior to saving as a .csv
file, or they will not be submitted properly. Please note
the column names are not case sensitive, and do not need to
be in any particular order. The columns must be named as follows:

To Create a Comma-Separated File
from a Spreadsheet File:
01. Open your spreadsheet file.
02. Select the sheet that you want to export.
03. Open the File menu.
04. Select "Save As..".
05. Select "CSV" from the "Save as type:"
drop down menu at the bottom of the screen.
06. Click Save.
07. Click OK to save only the active sheet.
08. Click Yes to keep the CSV format, "which may lose
some formatting...
You will now have two copies of your load spreadsheet. One
will have an .xls extension, and one will have a .csv extension.
This .csv file will have the proper formatting to be uploaded
to the USLoadSource.com.
